These terms govern your use of the video creation service (the “Service”) provided by TakePilot (“we”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Keep your account information accurate. You are responsible for your account. If you are a minor, get a parent or guardian’s consent first.
3. Prices and credits
Plan and credit prices are shown on the pricing screen in the Service. Creating video, voice or text uses credits. Refund conditions are shown on the same screen.
4. Rights to your videos
You own the videos you make with the Service. We use them only as needed to run and improve the Service.
5. Registering faces and voices
Only the person themselves, or someone with their consent, may register a face or voice. We may ask for proof of consent.
6. What you must not do
Do not use other people’s faces, voices or work without permission, impersonate real companies or products, break the law or others’ rights, overload the Service, or access it without authorization.
7. About AI output
AI output can contain mistakes or unintended content. Check it before running it as an ad. We do not guarantee that it will pass any ad platform’s review.
8. Changes to the Service
We may change or stop parts of the Service. We will tell you in advance about major changes.
9. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes on this page. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
